CDC Fellowship with National Botulism Laboratory Team
The National Botulism Laboratory Team at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta, GA is seeking a MS-level scientist with experience in bacterial genomics/bioinformatics for a training fellowship. The candidate will conduct genomic analysis of botulinum toxin producing clostridia with the goal of improving strain subtyping methods for these organisms. The fellowship requires that candidates have recently graduated (less than 5 years) and the annual appointment may be renewed pending the availability of funds. The selected individual will be required to undergo a background check.
